The neighbouring area also offers sports activities, including: golf, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, diving, canoeing, parachuting and trekking, as well as excursions on foot or mountain bike along the 18 trails within the Conero Nature Reserve.

The tennis courts, football/soccer field and bowling green are all close to the Camping. Boating trips along the Conero Riviera to the famous ‘Due Sorelle’ beach leave from the Numana harbour. Trips to Croatia by catamaran leave from the Ancona harbour. Coach or car trips can be taken to nearby sights, including: Frasassi caves, Recanati (home of Giacomo Leopardi), Loreto (Cathedral and the Santa Casa Church), the Falconara Zoo, Ancona (Cathedral of San Ciriaco), Castelfidardo, Osimo, Offagna (medieval festivities in late August), Urbino (Palazzo Ducale), San Leo, along with a hundred other areas offering castles, medieval villages and intriguing festivals, plus traditional folklore events.

There are countless other sightseeing trips to take, as the region was home to Raphael, Bramante, Rossini, Leopardi, the Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II, Pergolesi, Spontini and Gentile of Fabriano. The area also offers a large variety of well-known discothèques, plus an extensive choice of other entertainment for all tastes and ages.

You can shop directly at factory outlets (the zone is well known for its shoe manufacturers), local street markets or boutiques. And be sure not to miss the wine route, where you will find quality wines that include: ‘Rosso Conero’, produced solely in this area, ‘Lacrima di Morro d’Alba’, Verdicchio, plus the traditional cured meats and cheeses of the Marche region.
